Claudia has been a Registered Reflexologist since 2021 and is a member in good standing with the Reflexology Registered Council of Ontario. (RRCO)

Claudia is also trained in Reiki and Therapeutic Touch which can be incorporated into your session depending on your needs. 

Nothing is more rewarding for Claudia than supporting her clients by reducing their stress, improving overall well-being and achieving relaxation through reflexology. 

During her free time, Claudia volunteers her reflexology services at the Dorothy Ley Hospice. 

Initial Visit: $55.00 + HST

1 Hr Follow Up visit: $65.00 + HST

Package of 4 Sessions: $240.00

Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive healing therapy that is based on the principle that all the parts of your body are mapped on your feet. These points are called reflexes. Through applying pressure to these reflexes, it helps to relieve tension to that specific body part indirectly to relieve pain, tension and improve circulation. 

Reflexology opens the flow in blocked nerves and helps promote the natural functionng and healing of the body.
